Questions people ask us

Is this really free?
Yes. You pay nothing to Olvian, ever. The provider pays us a flat referral fee for each request we pass on. It does not change your premium and it does not depend on whether you buy.
How many people will call me?
Usually one. For some kinds of cover, up to three providers may contact you. Our WhatsApp message tells you how many and names them, before anyone phones.
Why do you not show prices?
Because we are not allowed to and it would not be honest. A premium depends on details only a licensed provider can assess, so any number on this page would be a guess. They quote you directly.
Do you sell my details to other companies?
No. Your request goes only to the providers we name in your WhatsApp confirmation, and only for the cover you asked about. We do not sell lists and we do not add you to any database for other marketing.
Why do you need my ID number?
You can leave it out. If you give it, the provider can quote you accurately on the first call instead of phoning back for it. We check the number is in the right format and we do not run a credit check.
What if I change my mind?
Reply STOP to any message, use the link in any email, or go to the opt-out page. We record it immediately and we do not approach you again. If your request has already gone out, we tell them too.
